Wonderful balance of the two types of resident evil games. Half survival horror and have action horror, with a lot of great exposition for fans of the lore and some call backs to 2/3 as you enter the latter half of the game. Personally not a fan of first person cameras, the third person option was very welcome and played similar to the wonderful RE2 and 4 remakes. Story was about as silly as expected from an RE game and Leon’s return unfortunately means one had to play RE6 to catch up on what he’s been doing since RE4.
