@cardiac_squid's review of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
★★★★★
Sensational game. Weirdly enough, one of my first takeaways was that there were so many NPC’s in the cities. Which I felt was an incredible accomplishment. The world felt so alive, like my character existed in it but wasn’t just the main focus of absolutely everything. Like things were happening and would continue to happen without my involvement. I remember that being a strange and unique feeling compared to many other RPG’s that give you maybe too much initiative and influence over the world.
