@couga's review of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth
★★★★★
Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth is a massive game, but it never got boring for a single second. The game is more versatile and varied than anything I’ve experienced in a long time. I was truly thrilled by how I was constantly presented with new challenges through fresh gameplay elements. Add to that the fantastic characters and the gripping story, which moved me time and again with emotional moments. So I’m willing to overlook the fact that, as the middle installment of a trilogy, the game has only made limited progress toward the ultimate goal of thwarting Sephiroth’s plans. On the contrary, I’m looking forward all the more to the third installment, which I hope will once again be just as enjoyable in terms of both gameplay and storytelling.
