@couga's review of Marvel's Wolverine
★★★½
Wolverine is a game that’s definitely a lot of fun. With Wolverine, Insomniac takes a more mature approach, using it not only for the depiction of violence but also for the dark narrative. The flow of the combat system—even though it’s fairly simple in itself—is consistently satisfying. But in the end, you’re left with the feeling that something is missing across the board, that the game never quite reaches its full potential in any area. That’s a real shame, especially given the long development time. So Marvel’s Wolverine is a good action game—nothing more, but also nothing less.
