I'm not sure if I'll ever enjoy another ball shooting game again. This is the peak of firing balls at objects to break them and I don't think there is any point in other devs even attempting to replicate what Ball x Pit captured. Every time I would think about something that could be done better, I would unlock a new character that did exactly that thing. The synergies between the different balls felt perfectly intentional, and the iterations between the levels were so well made in a way that made them more difficult, but not impossible. The resource gathering mechanics were an incredible way to continue the already established methods of action and the automations that I could enact were an absolute godsend. Genuinely the perfect game for the Thor while I throw a YouTube video on the bottom screen and just rot over lunch at work.
