@hellhunter120's review of Hunt: Showdown 1896
★★★★½
I put 1356 hours into Hunt Showdown on Steam over a few years. For a good long while, it was the near-daily evening game that I played with a good buddy of mine. While certainly not perfect, the menu UI for example was always kinda crappy to deal with (I don't know if it ever really got better. Last I had seen it, it had actually gotten worse after a big overhaul update) it was just such a damn good time. Incredible gameplay depth, gorgeous environments, and excellent sound design. Even though I don't play it anymore, I'll be thinking of this one for a very long time.
