Definitely a bit clunky and I honestly expected better from how much people say it’s the “best movie tie-in game” (I’m exaggerating), but I still had a fun time with it. The story is not great at all to be quite honest, but the gameplay is fun even if it is pretty repetitive. I enjoy the effort of including additional comic book elements and it creates some really cool moments. There are actually some really fun boss fights and even a couple times where the game feels like it turns itself into a boss rush and makes you fight boss after boss after boss. It’s definitely enjoyable to just play as Wolverine, he has a style that lends himself great to gameplay and that’s probably what works best here. Decided to play this before the new game, so I’m excited to see how the two match up. (Finished 9/11/2026)
