Still remains tied (PS1 version) for best single player content in a fighting game ever, tied with Soul Calibur for the DC. The world tour mode in this game gave you an education in how to use all the skills and isms to learn the game. It has some of THE best UI ever in any game. This game oozes style and personality and is my favourite street fighter next to third strike.
