I can’t imagine playing this game on my own not being a huge lotr fan and it feeling dated. There were bugs we ran into, multiplayer stuttered a bunch, and the menus were rough to navigate through. Combat is okay even though the lock on in this game is horrendous. However, I did play this with two friends and we had a fun because of how janky this was to experience. Some of the RPG mechanics for making builds were engaging between the skill tree and loot since certain gear can only be worn by certain characters. I can’t say much on the story because I turned my brain off to be honest. I don’t regret buying it but I can’t see myself vouching for people to play it either.
