I’m nearly done with this game but honestly whatever happens with the rest of the story is not going to change my personal opinion of this game. This games gameplay is a 6.5-7/10. It’s repetitive but a fun type of repetitive, and as I progressed through the game the combos that I was able to pull off were satisfying, but in the end it’s still limited compared to the spider-man games, because I feel like Wolverine himself doesn’t have enough movement as them. The story, though not finished (I’m around 80% of the way through the main story, and I haven’t done any of the optional nightmare doors) is around 7.5-8/10, while I do like the characters we have, I feel like characters such as lady Deathstrike should’ve been more fleshed out, and that they don’t really have a personality other than hating Logan/Mutants. Overall I’ve had a pleasant experience with this game but I don’t think that it justifies a 90$ CAD price tag. In terms of the Spider-Man games, which I want to replay down the road for their reviews, I think that Wolverine story is at least better than Spider-man 2 and miles morales, but the gameplay is worse than the trilogy. Overall rating is a 7.5-10
